Scientists are always trying to figure out how to make materials more efficient and more cost effective.The University of Pennsylvania has some excellent strengths in both Physics and Chemistry, but perhaps one of the most interesting subjects for students is the area of Life Sciences. The College of Arts and Sciences has some terrific courses in Neuroscience, Molecular Genetics, and Biophysics.
